FAQ
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed by Tuesday at 11:59 PM will be delivered the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). This schedule allows us to prepare and cook everything fresh, with the time and love it deserves.
On your delivery day, you’ll receive a one-hour delivery window. Please do not reschedule, as the meals are packed in temperature-controlled packaging. If the delivery is rescheduled, returned to the depot, or if no one is available to receive it, unfortunately, it cannot be refunded.
What time can I expect my delivery?
All deliveries will take place between 9am-8pm. For nationwide deliveries, our courier provider will send you a text/email on the day of your delivery with your 1-hour delivery slot so you’ll know when to expect your delicious meal!
Is your meat halal?
Yes! All our meats are halal.
How will the food arrive?
Our food is delivered chilled and vacuum packed in an insulated box with ice packs. This allows for the food to stay cool for up to 48 hours.
How long can be the food be stored?
Since our food is made fresh to order and vacuum packed, you can store it in the fridge for up to 7 days post-delivery. No need to freeze!
How much is the delivery charge?
We have a standard delivery charge of £3.
Can I freeze the food?
You can freeze the prepped meals for up to 3 months. We do not recommend freezing items from our at home dining menu.
